Google requires verification before posts appear publicly.
- Log in to business.google.com with the same Google account you connected above.
- Find your business listing and click "Get verified" or the verification banner.
- Choose Video verification (most common now). Google may also offer phone/text — try that first if offered.
- Record a short video at your business location showing signage, interior, and your face. Upload it through the verification flow.
- Google reviews within 3-7 business days. If stuck, call Google Business Support at 1-844-491-9665. Be persistent — call back if needed.
